PGA Sundays are Back!

Updated: Jun 24, 2020

Although we saw golf return last week on the PGA Tour, this Sunday was a different story with a stacked leaderboard with as many as 7 tied at the lead late on Sunday. What made the RBC Heritage tournament so exciting was the course conditions following a brief rain delay. Seemed like anybody within 5 strokes could make a run.

Sure Brooks Koepka near hole out on the 9th was impressive but, the guy who got my attention was Abraham Ancer from Mexico. With only 2 bogies all week at Harbour Town his approach shots were always the correct distance. I am excited to see what he can put together this season.

Webb Simpson ended up winning by a stroke over Abraham and two over last weeks winner Daniel Berger.

I should also note that we hope Nick Watney has a speedy return to health following his positive COVID test.
